"5 stars, easy. I’ve dealt with a lot of insurance people over the years, and most of them make you feel like you need a translator and a nap. Not here. We were on a trip not long ago and ended up seeing moose and other wildlife way closer than I was comfortable with. You start doing the math in your head real fast when something that size is staring at your vehicle. I remember thinking, “well… this is either going to be a great story or an expensive one.” That’s when it hit me, we’re covered. No guessing, no hoping, no fine print panic. Just peace of mind knowing if that moose decided to test the front end, we weren’t on our own. That’s what you’re really getting here. Someone who sets you up right the first time, explains it in plain English, and actually answers when you call. Would recommend, Austin, to anyone who prefers sleeping at night instead of wondering what their policy actually says."

"Been with state farm for 20+ years. After all this time they decided to come taje photos of our home and property and then sent us a letter demanding we do this that and the other. No one called to talk to us about any of their new found concerns. Our monthly payment kept going up and up. We would call and Austin is never available and never calls back. We decided to switching to Farm Bureau. There customer service has been fantastic. Once we made the switch I called state farm to cancel, not a hate to see you go! What can we do to keep you? Why are you switching? Nothing. Just an okay from the secretary. A 20+ years customer leaves and no one cares."

I do not have any control over State Farm's Underwriting Reviews that you were a part of, but we have in fact reached out to Ryan each year that I've been your agent. We contact each customer when your Homeowners Policy renews. We have called or text Ryan every single spring that I've been your agent to invite you in for a full complimentary Insurance & Financial Review. It has been 5 years since Ryan last accepted: On June 7, 2021 we met after hours to better accommodate your schedule. At that meeting we added Drive Safe & Save and removed an additional insured. Since then, my team has called and text each year to invite you in: May 4, 2022 April 11, 2023 May 01, 2024 May 06, 2025 Again on August 1, 2025 Ryan called in to change vehicles, and was offered another opportunity to complete an Insurance & Financial Review, to which he declined... We value each and every customer and go above and beyond other agencies to provide prompt, accurate, friendly and cost-effective service to our customers. "I personally find it very unprofessional for thr Agent, Austin, to bash other agents in the area. You treat people well and maybe they would stay at your office. Switched to All State where they are friendly and treat you like family. How can an agent get away with this? Telling customers negative stuff about other agents? IF I WAS CORPORATE I WOULD GET INVOLVED. I wouldn't even rate your attitude and professionalism a 1 star."
